Return and refund policy

At Strollin, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is significantly different from the description

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

 To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging (if applicable)

Return process

  • Contact us at: [your email / WhatsApp] or Via Strollin App

  • Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Issue description

    • Photo/video proof

  • Once approved:

    • You will receive return instructions

Replacement Policy

  • If preferred, we can offer:

  • Replacement of the same product

  • Alternative product (if available)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products (once delivered/downloaded)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

Refund Policy

  • After receiving and verifying the returned item:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued via:

  • Original payment method

  • Or store credit (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch → Full refund

  • After dispatch → Cancellation depends on the product
